“Summer learning loss is real! On average, students lose 2.6 months of math computiational skills over the summer break. Mind Boggle is planning to combat summer learning loss by expanding our camp offerings this summer!

Super Sonic Science of Sound!
New for this summer is our camp, Super Sonic Science of Sound! A dog may not be able to talk, but he has hearing fit for a superhero! Faster than the speed of sound, and able to calculate wavelength and frequency in a single day, get ready for Super Sonic Science! Kids get a kick out of learning about the fundamental properties of sound waves in this fun camp. The math theme of the week is math games and puzzles!

Science in Spanish! Get ready for Mind Boggle’s newest creation, La Ciencia Espectacular!
This camp will be taught entirely in Spanish for grades K-2 and 3-6. This is a perfect opportunity to keep your student’s spanish fresh over the summer months while they have fun with science and math. This program is not in the Forest Hills Recreation brochure, so if you are not a parent in Forest Hills Public Schools, call their Community Services Department directly at (616) 493-8950.”
